Her work involved managing complex financial relationships and underwriting significant transactions for organizations such as schools, municipalities, and nonprofit institutions, where organization, accountability, and attention to detail were essential.
At Edisto Home Concierge, Kelly oversees client communication, scheduling, and operational coordination. Her professional background ensures that every property visit is documented carefully and every client request is handled with consistency and follow-through.

Sonny Carson
Sonny Carson brings more than four decades of construction and real estate experience on Edisto Island. As the founder of Sloboat Construction, he built more than 100 homes on the island and developed a deep understanding of coastal construction, weather exposure, and the realities of maintaining property in a barrier-island environment.
In addition to his construction background, Sonny previously owned a real estate appraisal firm and has been a licensed real estate professional, giving him a broad understanding of property condition and valuation.
Today, Sonny conducts home watch visits and serves as the trusted local presence homeowners rely on when they are away. His decades of work on Edisto properties allow him to quickly recognize potential concerns and ensure homes are looked after responsibly.
